The Credit Information provided by CRC through this Site is provided on the understanding that the information is raw data which requires careful consideration and interpretation by the user. This Privacy Policy sets out how the CRC uses and protects any information that is given to CRC by user ("User") of this website ("Site"). CRC undertakes to ensure that User’s privacy is protected.  Any Personally identifiable information provided to CRC by User while using this Site, shall be used in accordance with this Privacy Policy. CRC’s Privacy Policy, is expressly incorporated by reference into and should be read together with the terms and conditions of use for the Site.

What Information does the CRC Collect?

CRC collects both personally identifiable information and non-personal information necessary for the provision of its services. Personally Identifiable Information means information that could potentially identify a specific individual.

Information collected while browsing the Site

 CRC will not collect any personally identifiable information from a User without the User’s consent to the collection and use of such data. The personally identifiable information collected CRC may be captured from a variety of sources. • Internet Protocol (IP) Address. As Users access the Site, CRC capture and retain the IP address of the device they are using, such as a personal computer or a mobile device. The IP address does not identify Users or their personal information and is used primarily for security purposes.

How CRC Uses Information it Collects

CRC’s primary purpose in collecting personally identifiable information is to provide Users with required products, services, and information. CRC may also use such information to track the effectiveness of the services provided to Users through or on the Site and Users’ use of the products, services, and information provided on or through the Site. In addition, CRC may aggregate the information provided by Users in order to conduct research, analysis, or studies for its own purposes (i.e. not related to provision of specific products or services to Users).

Where personally identifiable information is collected, it will be used in administration of the Site and services rendered thereunder and tailored to our service and/or products to match Users’ needs. To the extent allowed by law, CRC may update this Policy from time to time and Usres are responsible for periodically reviewing the most current version on the Site.
